- Using your athletic data to administer your participation in the club.
- Transferring your athletic data to England Athletics for the purpose of registering as an athlete and acquiring an URN number.
- Storing your safety data and using it only in the event of a serious medical incident.
- Sharing you safety data if deemed required with club leaders and coaches.
- Sharing your training data with the club administrators, leaders and coaches.
- To use your data to administer club events eg provide your email/mobile number to a member coordinating lifts to Grand Prix events.
- Photographs for internal club use ie restricted to circulation amongst members only.
- To include your name and photo in a club “Directory” for another member to view

You are able to request to view, amend, or delete your data that we hold. We have a data protection policy on our website.

We regularly take photographs and videos during sessions and club events to use on our internal communications within the Team app and external communications and marketing within our public forums (FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, NFR website etc). Although we encourage members to seek permission, we are not responsible for individual members not seeking permission or posting to their own social media.
